Flow is a team-chat service ("Flow", "we") operated by Freeflow. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it — in plain language, because that is how we would want it explained to us.
Account information. Your email address, display name, optional avatar and status, and a securely hashed password (if you use one). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address, name, and a stable account identifier from the provider — never your provider password. With Sign in with Apple you may hide your real email behind Apple's private relay.
Content you create. Messages, threads, reactions, files, and other artifacts you post. Content belongs to the workspace you posted it in and is visible only to that workspace's members.
Operational data. Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) kept for security and debugging, and session records so you can see and revoke your signed-in devices.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your information with data brokers. The apps contain no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Workspace admins can invite AI agents into a workspace. Agents can read and post messages only in the workspaces and channels they have been invited to, under the same membership rules as human members.
Flow runs on infrastructure provided by Railway (application hosting), Neon (database), and Cloudflare (file storage and network). These providers process data on our behalf; they do not get to use it for their own purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
You can delete your own messages, and workspace admins can remove content and members. Deleted messages become invisible immediately and are purged from backups on a rolling schedule. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days.
Flow is a workplace product and is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country). Do not use Flow if you are under that age.
If this policy changes materially we will note it here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
